A licence can be purchased for multiple PCs. But this is purely for the convenience of using a single licence rather than many – it does not enable you to directly share data.
Bridge Deal Manager is not currently designed to share a common data store, and attempting to do so will cause failures if separate open installations attempt to update the data store. This may include data loss. If you really want to share a data store you must manually ensure that only one instance of the application is active at a time.
You can manually replicate data using the built-in functions to export and import deal folders or report formats, or to backup and restore the entire data store. You can also simply copy the contents of the data store folder (while the application is closed on the target PC). But there is no automatic way to keep data stores in sync for different installations.
Subject to fair usage, each individual PC subscription to the multi-PC licence is transferable to a different PC. A mechanism is provided to transfer a subscription to a replacement PC, or even simply to change which PC you wish to use for the application.
If you are still certain you want to purchase a multi-PC licence, you can do so here.
